Thank you for signing up to a Youth membership at the YMCA Village.
YMCA is dedicated to the highest standards of safeguarding, overseen by our Director of Safeguarding and Advocacy.
As part of this a parent/guardian will need to fill out the form below in order for the Youth member to access our sessions.
