A party to remember!
A typical party at the YMCA Village includes up to 90 minutes of your chosen activity session, with your YMCA Party Host and led by our Coaches. We’ll supervise and entertain, packing the time full of exciting challenges or imaginative fun.
After your activity, enjoy food and drinks, with tasty treats and birthday favourites.
Your activity, food and drink package is built to meet your requirements. Please note, some activities may have some lower age requirements.

Our Parties
Clip ‘n Climb Party
Experience an abundance of obstacles at Clip ‘n Climb. We have super-fun and challenging climbing options for everyone aged 4 and over With 15 exciting climbing challenges Clip ‘n Climb is for everyone, regardless of climbing ability!.
Climbing Party
Scale the heights of our incredible Climbing Centre, try your hand at Bouldering, the sessions focus on developing key skills such as agility, balance, coordination whilst having lots of fun together.
Football Party
Book our 3G football pitch or multi-use court for your football party and enjoy a kick-around with your friends. You’ll have the opportunity to play a range of games or play a match. These football sessions are led by Matthew, our FA accredited Football Coach.
Arts & Crafts Party – from September
From September we’ll be running Art & Craft parties in the Art Studio. Hosted in our purpose-built Art Studio, get stuck into painting, clay, collage or drawing. We can tailor your art experience to your interests and imagination.
Dance Party – from September
Always dreamed of nailing that choreography? From September enjoy a party in our purpose-built Dance Studio, and feel like a pro! Dance parties can be coach-led, or just a dedicated disco space for smaller groovers and shakers.
Cycling & BMX Party – from September
The YMCA Village cycling tracks are suitable for all ages and abilities, from Learn to Ride to the challenging jumps of our Pump Track. From September these coach-led sessions will take the children through a range of skills to try out on the tracks!

How much do the Party Packages cost?
All our Party Packages are bespoke, and prices will vary depending on your chosen activity, food and drink package. Enquire today to start building your party plan!

Is there a limited number of spaces for each Party?
Capacity depends on your chosen activity. We have a huge variety of experiences available, so we are sure to have something ideal for your group size.

Is the food from the Café included in the Package price?
You can opt to include food and drink in your package or not. Our friendly team will discuss your preferences with you.

Are there any age limits on parties?
We have party options for a variety of ages, but some activities do have age limits or guest/staff ratios that must be met for safety reasons. This often depends on the age range, the volume of guests and the activity itself. Simply get in touch, and our friendly team will discuss all the options available to you.
We do not currently offer activities for under 4 year olds, however customers are welcome to hire spaces such as our Function Room or Dance Studio to host their own.

Do parents need to be present for children’s parties?
Yes. If your party includes under 18s, at least one lead parent/carer must stay with the group at all times. For large groups or more adventurous activities, more than one parent/carer may be required. This will be discussed with you upon booking.
Coaches of activities will lead the group, however parent/carers are responsible for children on site.
It is the lead parent/carer’s responsibility to inform YMCA of any medical conditions, food allergies and emergency contacts someone in their care may have.
