This event is an YCDS Academy Wide open day, and therefore open to students interested in any of the sports offered, including Football, Boxing, Rowing and Netball.
- The event will start with a brief presentation introducing the Academy programme, coaches, and the benefits of joining.
- Following this, students will be enjoy a taster session in their chosen sport. Football and Netball will be at the YMCA, whilst those interested in the Boxing will go over to Carl Greaves Boxing Gym and those choosing Rowing, to the Newark Rowing Club.
Please wear suitable sports clothing, and bring a water bottle.
Ideally we encourage a parent or guardian to join students, however, welcome to drop off if this is not possible.
