Here are all fantastic, timetabled sessions to get involved with at the Village! Book pay-as-you-go, or Villager Members can enjoy unlimited bookings, plus open access sessions on the track, gym and in our Climbing Centre.

A strength and conditioning class for older adults who want to move and use their bodies.

Build strength in unconventional ways using methods of strongman training.
Calisthenics
Learn how to master and control your body through learning new skills and building strength with just your bodyweight.
Tribe: Intro to Climbing
An introduction for novices to the climbing community and different activities in the climbing wall. This session is perfect for anyone who has never climbed before and would like to give climbing a try before learning.
Tribe: Learn to Climb
Want to learn how to become a competent climber? Want to gain access to all the walls within our facility, then this session is for you. Ideal for anyone looking to learn how to become a competent climber. To attend this session you must have attended a ‘Tribe: Intro to Climbing’ session first.
Legends Climbing
A welcoming environment specifically designed for older adults, providing a safe and supportive space where they can engage in low-impact climbing activities.
Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic playful class focussed on connecting the breath and movement in a flow. Suitable for all abilities.
Games Club
A friendly, fun board game session to improve mental and social wellbeing.
Accessible Yoga
A guide through floor and standing postures, breath work and relaxations with modifications given for different levels.
Nordic Walking
Learn the proper technique and use of walking poles to enhance your walking experience and improve fitness.
Tai Chi
Moving meditation and gentle exercises, designed to reduce stress and create harmony between the mind and body.

A wide variety of classes for youth members with all sessions being supervised or coach-led.
With plenty of sports such as archery, football, basketball, and table tennis, as well as skill-based classes like cooking, journalism, eco club, arts & crafts, and drama club, there is something to engage every youth member.
Dance
Have fun, build confidence, and learn the steps to your favourite track in our dance sessions in our state-of-the-art dance studio.
Soft Archery
Coached archery games and skills, without the risk of fast-moving pointy bits. The safest way to learn how to shoot an arrow!
Racket Sports
Game, set and match! Whether it be tennis, badminton, table tennis, or pickleball we have the game for you!
Table Tennis
Guided table tennis sessions, including mini competitions as well as fun challenges, games and informal match-play.
Football
Coached sessions covering skills in shooting, dribbling, attacking, defending, and goalkeeping through games, competitions and tournaments. All abilities welcome!
Dodgeball
Fun, non-competitive dodgeball sessions. Come prepared to have a laugh.
Tag Rugby
Boost your try-scoring potential with our action-packed coached tag rugby sessions.
Basketball
Coached sessions on our multi-use courts, where you can learn basketball skills and play games and mini tournaments.

Gaga Ball
Gaga is a fast paced, high-energy sport played in an octagonal pit. The game is played with a soft foam ball, and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping.

Youth Climbing
Coached sessions to build confidence and learn fundamental skills on our state-of-the-art climbing wall.
Strength & Conditioning
Coached age-appropriate strength & conditioning sessions in the gym using functional fitness techniques to develop agility, coordinator, fitness, and strength.
Multisports
Coached sports sessions such as football, rounders, flag football, softball, and hockey on our multi-use games area.
Games Room Drop In
A comfortable, relaxed space with bean bags and an XBox, board games, and table tennis – for gaming, relaxing, and socialising.
Cooking
A safe environment to learn essential skills, techniques, and recipes for delicious meals and grow confidence in the kitchen.
Journalism
Interactive sessions to learn journalism skills, including topic research and creating your own blogs, content, and media.
Eco Club
Gain knowledge and skills in conservation and environmentalism where you will help promote sustainability around the Village.
Arts & Crafts Club
Creativity let loose! There’s plenty of paper, glue, paint, glitter, and pipe cleaners on hand for arts & crafts projects.
