Book YMCA Camp Newark

Newark Camp Booking Form

For day bookings, please ensure you check the availability of your chosen camp dates with our bookings team before you complete the below form. 

Complete the bookings form below to secure your child’s place at YMCA Camp Newark for young people aged 5-12. 

 

Please note: we can only accept deposits (£30 per week, per child), full payments or full childcare voucher payments via the online booking form. If you are part-paying using childcare vouchers, please contact our bookings team directly on 0115 711 7006 to secure your place. 


Important: We must receive full payment at least 10 days before your selected camp dates for your child to attend. If full payment is not made by this time, your place may be forfeit to another customer.

Please note: If you are booking multiple children, you must either pay in full for all children or pay by deposit for all children (i.e. do not pay deposit for one and in full for the other).
















To ensure the safety of all campers please note that only contacts who know the collection password will be authorised to collect your child.

By opting-in for my child to be photographed/filmed, I confirm that I have read and agree to the T&Cs surrounding media consent outlined in our Safeguarding Policy. Photography/film may be taken and used to keep parents up to date with what’s going at camp, and as souvenirs for campers. Photography/film may also be used on social media, other online platforms and in press releases. I give YMCA Newark and Sherwood or a photographer approved by YMCA Newark and Sherwood permission to take photography/film of my child and use the images as specified above. YMCA Newark and Sherwood will always ask for further permission to publish your child’s name on promotional channels or to use your child’s image on printed promotional materials. 


In the event that I cannot be reached to make arrangements for medical treatment, I authorise YMCA staff to administer first aid or transport my child to the nearest hospital or emergency care facility. (Our paediatric first aid trained staff will administer first aid and for serious circumstances will notify parents and emergency services).
