Our everyday lives are so filled with endless distractions, so getting back to basics has never been more vital. Our outdoor gym provides the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your body and nature simultaneously. Feel the sun on your skin as you engage in a rejuvenating workout amidst the beauty of the great outdoors. There’s so much more to explore throughout Spring/Summer at The Village.

With activities like the cycle track, exercising under the sun has never been better. Bring your friends or family and get outside, away from technology’s whirlpool of screens and into the outdoors. Take a ride along our scenic track and breathe in the Springtime air, whilst taking positive strides for your physical well-being.  

Not only are our outdoor activities beneficial for your physical health, but studies show that spending time in nature can have a vast positive effect on your mental wellbeing. Mind (a mental health charity) wrote in a recent article, “Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing.” and suggested that exercising outdoors can:
