They can try classes, facilities and community in their own time, with no pressure. Just an invitation to see what the Village is all about.

From adults to youth to Y-Kids, there’s a place for everyone to feel welcome and get involved.

How It Works

Ready to invite someone? Just follow the steps below and if your guests join as full Villager members, you’ll receive up to £40 in membership credit as a thank you.

Step 1
Check your email for your unique code
If you’re not opted into marketing emails, ask at reception.

Step 2
Share your code with friends and family

Step 3
Your guest redeems their 7 day Guest Pass
They’ll need to provide your full name and Guest Pass code

Step 4
They enjoy 7 days at the Village
And if they join as a Villager member after their trial, you’ll receive up to £10 credit per member! (up to a maximum of £40)

FAQs

Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility
    1. The Guest Pass promotion is open to all current and active Villager Members (Adult, Youth and Y-Kids).
    2. Guests may be friends, family members, or individuals who reside in the same household as the referring member.
  • Guest Pass Issuing
    1. Each member will receive a unique referral code generated via email if you have opted in to receive marketing emails.
    2. Members can ask the reception team for their unique code which can then be shared with friends and family
    3. Members may share their Guest Pass code unlimited times during the promotion period
  • Guest Pass Redemption
    1. The Guest Pass may be redeemed by phone, email, in person, or via a Gravity Form submission.
    2. As part of their redemption guests must provide:
    • The referring member’s full name
    • The referring member’s unique Guest Pass code

    3. Reception will validate and record redemptions via the central tracking spreadsheet.

  • Promotional Period
    1. The Guest Pass offer is valid from Monday 13 April 2026 to Friday 10 July 2026
    2. The final date a Guest Pass may be redeemed for use is Monday 20 July 2026.
    3. Unredeemed passes outside this date range are invalid.
  • Conditions of Use
    1. The 7‑day Guest Pass grants full access to Villager facilities, programmes, classes, and activities during the 7‑day period.
    2. Guest Passes are non‑transferable and non‑refundable once redeemed.
    3. Guests must comply with all standard membership Terms & Conditions and centre policies during their visit.
    4. Guests may attend activities at different times/days from the referring member.
  • Membership Credits for Referring Members
    1. For every guest who redeems a pass and subsequently signs up for a full Villager membership, the referring member will receive £10 credit.
    2. A maximum of four (4) successful redemptions can be credited, totalling £40 per member during the promotional period.
    3. Credits are applied to the referring member’s next monthly Direct Debit payment.
  • Administration & Monitoring
    1. All redemptions and associated member credits will be tracked using the internal Guest Pass spreadsheet.
    2. The organisation may limit weekly redemptions or stagger communications depending on operational capacity.
  • General
    1. The organisation reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time for operational or fairness reasons.
    2. Participation in the Guest Pass promotion implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
